Heart to Horse Connections
Your horse isn't the problem.
If you've ever felt your horse get tense right when you do, or shut down right when you need them most, that's not a training issue — that's a mirror. Horses reflect the nervous system of the person holding the reins. This clinic starts there.
How the six hours work.
Ground
the rider
Before anyone touches a horse, we work on you — breathwork, nervous system regulation, energy work. You can't ask a horse to regulate if you haven't.
Work with
the horse
Once you're grounded, we work directly with the horse — reading what they're holding, what they're mirroring back, what's actually going on underneath the behavior you came in with questions about.
Together
in the saddle
The last phase puts you both together. This is where you feel the difference in real time — a regulated rider, a horse that settles because you did.
