Terms & Conditions: Rewild With Amanda
Welcome to Rewild With Amanda. By booking a session, clinic, or course with us, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, clear, and supportive experience for everyone involved.
1. Booking & Payment
Payment Requirement: Full payment (or the agreed-upon deposit) is required at the time of booking to officially secure your session, clinic, or course spot.
Balance Due: If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
Virtual Platform: All virtual sessions will be conducted via the platform mutually agreed upon (e.g., Google Meet, phone call).
2. Travel Fee Policy (In-Person Services)
A travel fee is applicable for all in-person sessions (including packages and clinics) hosted outside of our local base area.
The travel fee is calculated at $0.75 per mile for the total round trip distance exceeding 30 miles from our base location.
The total travel fee will be included on your final invoice and is due along with the package or session payment.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refunds
We require timely notice to manage our schedule and respect the energy commitment made to your appointment.
A. 1:1 Sessions (Equine or Human)
48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session or receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable).
Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this window are non-refundable. You may lose the session fee or be required to pay a rescheduling fee of [Insert your fee, e.g., $50].
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
B. Clinics, Workshops, & Group Events
7+ Days Notice: You are eligible for a full refund.
Within 7 Days Notice: Cancellations within this window are non-refundable. However, your registration may be transferred to another person or held as a credit toward a future clinic, subject to space availability and our sole discretion.
C. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Liability & Responsibility
Inherent Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that all activities involving horses, animals, and the land carry inherent risk. You participate fully at your own risk.
Disclaimer: Rewild with Amanda provides education and energetic support and is not a substitute for veterinary care, farrier work, medical advice, or licensed psychotherapy. Any guidance provided should be used at your own discretion.
Agreement: You agree that Rewild with Amanda, its facilitators, and property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or outcomes related to energy work, training, or activities with animals.
Your Care: You are responsible for your own well-being and for the care, health, and insurance of your animal(s) at all times.
5. Intellectual Property & Recordings
All materials, teachings, methods, and recordings provided during clinics, courses, or sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of Rewild with Amanda.
These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Respect: Respectful participation is expected at all times toward all participants, animals, and the physical environment.
Animal Welfare: All horses and other animals must be treated with kindness and compassion in alignment with Rewild with Amanda's philosophy.
Removal: Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward people or animals may result in immediate removal from a session, clinic, or course without refund.
