Rider Co-Regulation: We begin on the ground or in stillness, focusing on your breath, body alignment, and energetic boundaries. You learn how to stabilize your own nervous system so you can be a grounded, consistent leader your horse can lean on.
Listening Seat Development: We teach you to identify and adjust the subtle cues of your seat, weight, and energy, turning your body into an effortless listening device. This vastly improves your timing and reduces the need for heavy, distracting aids.
Trauma-Informed Applied: We recognize that pressure triggers resistance. We coach you on how to introduce challenges and new movements in a way that honors your horse's history, builds their confidence, and encourages a willing "yes."
Intuitive Integration: I use my energy healing and communication skills to give you instant insight into what your horse needs in the moment, helping you adjust your intention to resolve resistance on the spot.
